Candy with a Cop Set for October 15 at FWB Police Headquarters
The city lists a two-hour Halloween event with games, costumes and a pumpkin giveaway.
Fort Walton Beach’s Candy with a Cop is listed for Thursday, October 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. at police headquarters, 7 Hollywood Boulevard NE. The city calendar confirms the date and venue advertised by the archived flyer. [1][2]
What is planned
The flyer invites children to wear costumes, play games and enter for a chance to win a pumpkin. The city’s event description also advertises a tour of its Halloween-themed police department. [1][2]
The supplied flyer is reproduced with this post rather than a stock Halloween image. It preserves the department’s own announcement and makes the advertised hours easy to check.
Before heading out
Use the city’s event page below for any later scheduling changes. The date, time and location were checked on October 14; the calendar listing does not guarantee that plans cannot change. [2]
This event is separate from the library’s October 17 trunk-or-treat and the recreation center’s October 23 event. Those notices are covered in our earlier community-calendar reporting.
