Fort Walton Beach Utility Payments Move to Recreation Center During Recovery
The city lists alternative payment methods and says it is suspending late fees and water-service terminations during hurricane recovery.

Fort Walton Beach utility customers seeking in-person help should go to the Recreation Center at 132 Jet Drive NW. The city’s customer-service page, checked October 23, says the office remains temporarily relocated because of storm damage to City Hall. [1–2]
Payment options and bill questions
The city also lists online payments through its linked portal and phone payments at 850-357-8753. The City Hall drop box remains an option, but customers are instructed not to leave cash there. [1]
For a missing bill or account question, Customer Service lists 850-833-9591 and esupport@fwb.org. Monthly statements should continue arriving by mail because an off-site vendor handles billing. [1–2]
Temporary billing relief
The city says it will not charge late fees or terminate water service during the hurricane-recovery period. Its notice gives no end date for that policy. Customers can check the linked service page for changes before making a trip or relying on the temporary arrangements. [1–2]
